Jammu Kashmir has been turned into battle ground by non state Pakistani political parties who are well known for buying votes and such incident too place in Khaliaqabad when candidates and their supporters in cover of darkness were caught by other parties supporters distributing money in exchange for votes which has been the practice ever since non political parties entered into Jammu Kashmir in 1974, it is learned that LA 2 Candidate Qasim Majeed was severely beaten along with his supporters.
